As Taste of Africa prepares for a submission on Responsible Travel to the new Tourism Bill in South Africa, we are introduced to UNSEEN TOURS London, who use homeless guides to give a different look at the London sites. We have moved in homeless communities for years, so we step up to the plate, and not only is the result magic, but as we get down to that level, we see Alexandra and South Africa through different eyes.
