SECTIONAL TITLE PORTFOLIO MANAGER: VACANCY: SECTIONAL TITLE PORTFOLIO MANAGER A Port Elizabeth based Property Management company specializing in Sectional Title and HOA schemes has a vacancy for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager. As the company is compact in size and very big on service, it is envisaged that the ideal incumbent will be one that has proven abilities and stands out. DUTIES: – Manage an existing book of schemes, as well as taking on new schemes. – Attend Trustee meetings – Arrange & attend AGMâs – Taking of minutes at meetings – Managing the financial affairs of the schemes – Compiling and presenting of reports – Liaising with relevant internal & external Stake Holders: Trusteeâs/Directors/Owners/Maintenance contractors/Service Providers/etc. JOB PRE-REQUISTES: – Matric with maths & accounting – Excellent computer skills with formal training- excel/word/etc – Excellent command of English both written & fluency – Strong organizational & administration skills – Minimum 3 yearsâ work experience in Sectional Title & HOA management, is essential – Intimate knowledge of STA/CSOS/and other industry related legal acts. – Formal studies in Sectional Title/ Financial Management/Accounting, will be an added advantage.
