She is a member of the Ensemble at Un-Scripted Theater Company, Made Up Theater regular guest, Founder of YesSing! Made Up Musicals, Lula and Juicy's Farewell Tour, Lombard Street Experiment and co-founder of San Francisco Improv Collective. She was also a professional jazz singer and singer/songwriter having performed in LA, San Francisco, NYC, Prague, Czech Republic and Seoul, South Korea at prestigious clubs such as the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center, The Village Gate in NYC, Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, House of Blues LA and Iridium Jazz Club in NYC with legendary Hall of Famer Les Paul. But, we tricked you. Because we are actually 4 happy ladies who love improvising together. Twelve Angry Men is comprised of West-Coast-Improviser-Long-Distance-Lady-Friends from SF, LA, and Seattle. The troupe met and performed together as Stanford Improvisers (SImps) in college and has been improvising together ever since. We were thrilled to be featured in a completely sold out show as part of The Pocket Theater's Improv Month (Seattle) in January 2016 and are currently scheduling summer shows in the northwest as well. You will see stories in 4 genres. You, the audience, will get to choose which stories advance and which stories end, until we get to one final SUPER SCENE. These stories have never been seen before and will never be seen again. Cast: Maria Dogero, Jessia Hoffman, Mona Thompson, and Shara Tonn Colorized Letters (SF) Colorized Letters is a duo contributing to what they call Colorized Improv, an improv movement expressing social, cultural, and personal experiences – to explore and cultivate equity and diversity. They are inspired by authors whose writings relate to culture, race, diversity, and equity. Their long form show honors the universe of a written passage by exploring relationship-driven scenes that express layered themes. They weave a cultural landscape beginning with reading a passage out loud that quickly evolves into word-induced transitions and a montage with scene transformations to create shifts in energy and fun. Cast: Radhika Rao and Shirley Rivera AlterBoyz (Chicago) The members of Alterboyz met while taking classes at iO Chicago. Each has a distinct style of play and formed a team with a focus on energy, connection, and character. Coached by improv veteran, Craig Uhlir, Alterboyz began by performing the Bevy, which uses an organic, physical opening and transitions to inform their short, energetic scenes. They've since evolved to focus on longer, more in-depth scenes, while still maintaining quick tags and energetic characters. Cast: Maddie Cordovano, Gaby Dixon, Leila Gorstein, Katrina Sly, Kaydee Dolan, and Katie McCarty
