New bosses of Joburg municipal entities have big shoes to fill:
At the city's 2015/16 annual general meeting for municipal entities last week, Joburg mayor Herman Mashaba said the city had struggled to achieve service delivery levels that were satisfactory for its residents. He challenged the entities' top decision-makers to engage in an exercise of introspection to critically examine the city's performance.
